Just put together a brand new system motherboard is ASRock Z590 Extreme and processor is an i7 11700kf. Video card I had bought off Facebook is an AMD RX 480 8GB.

Turned her on for the first time tonight.. system starts up, everything lights up and all the fans spin, then I get 5 long beeps which I think is graphics card problem, and the GPU fans/light stop.

I reseated it, I tried the other slower PCIe slot. No luck.

I've never owned a kf series video card before (no onboard video). Do I need to do something special or you think my video card is toast?

.. or do you think it could be something else like processor? Every part in the system is new except video card.

ASRock Z590 Extreme mobo
i7 11700kf
Kingston m.2 SSD 1TB, PNY m.2 SSD 1TB
Kingston 128GB DDR4
360mm AIO liquid cooler

Sorry G Skill 850 watt power supply is not new either.

The only way you are going to know is to try the GPU in another system

No there shouldn't be anything special you need to do, the only other thing you could try us a CMOS reset, or bios update

Solved! I have two monitors. One has HDMI and one had an HDMI to Displayport connector on it. I removed that and plugged it into the HDMI port and now I have video! Sweet. She lives! Need to locate a flash drive now so I can install Windows.
