Please check this "MY-090-GS" (G.Skill 8 GB RAM)Does it come with instructions on how to clock to 3000mhz. Or does it have to be done manually on z87 and z97 boards. I'm asking this due to it only mentions there's a profile z97 boards. Thanks

What motherboard are you looking at using?

Majority of the times you will need to enable the XMP file in the BIOS or manually set the ram.

I haven't bought anything yet but it will be a likely a i7 4790k and Asus Maxiumus Hero II z97 board
