Please check this "MY-090-GS" (G.Skill 8 GB RAM)Does it come with instructions on how to clock to 3000mhz. Or does it have to be done manually on z87 and z97 boards. I'm asking this due to it only mentions there's a profile z97 boards

XMP is the profile for both Z87 and Z97 boards with those sticks. I tried on ROG boards and Gigabyte OC range. Working fine at XMP.
