Not sure if this is the right place for this, if it isn't sorry.

I currently have a GTX 780 Ti (titan cooler) in my PC and looking to SLI.

Now, I can't seem to find another 780 Ti with a Titan cooler at a decent price. So I was looking in to getting 2x970s, but my problem is I use a Corsair 350D case, which means my MATX board has about a 3mm gap or so between 2 cards.

Do you think the blowers on the 970s would be ok with a 3mm ago between them? I don't overclock.

Should I just hold out and try find another 780 Ti?

Thanks.

You're just looking for an excuse to buy some new cards :p

I personally wouldn't advise the 970 blowers, they're much louder than the 780 Ti.
Ha, you're probably right.

I love reference cards, but I'm finding it hard finding another 780 ti with titan cooler.

So I'm torn between 2x970s (Asus Strix or MSI) or just waiting a bit and keeping my eye on eBay.

If I go for 2x970s then I need to worry about cooling.
