Hello Overclockers forum :)

I have just built a PC using the system configurator. I am aiming for a gaming PC that can run Battlefield 3 with at least 60fps and other games that will release in the near future:

AMD 10100a Configurator - Gaming System

Case: Xigmatek Asgard Midi Tower Case

Processor: AMD Bulldozer FX-8 Eight Core 8120 Black Edition 3.10GHz

Overclock: Stage 2: Overclock of CPU - 15% Overclock (Processor speed x1.15)

Cooler: Corsair A50 CPU Cooler

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990FX (Socket AM3+) Motherboard

Memory: Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB 1600MHz CAS9 Memory Kit

Graphics Card: KFA2 GeForce GTX 670 2048MB GDDR5

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - OEM

Optical Drive: OcUK 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black)

Sound Card: Asus Xonar DG 5.1 PCI Sound Card with built in Headphone AMP

Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 750W V2 High Performance Power Supply

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premum 64-bit

No Case Mods.

No Network Adapter

£1,157.68 inc VAT

I am using a 1680 x 1050 monitor LCD monitor.

I would just like to point out that I know very little about building PCs and I'm not sure whether any of these components will somehow conflict. I would like to know if there are any changes need to be made and the reasons for these changes.

Money is not an issue, but I would like to keep the budget under £1,400 if possible.

Thanks, LucifaZ

(Words in bold are components that have changed.)

I noticed that with this configuration I could overclock my CPU to stage 4, but left it stage 2 unless there aren't any detrimental effects.

Are there any other changes that I should do?
