I have bough the domain www.lukecarr.co.uk from 1&1
If i buy hosting with host papa.co.uk for £4.99 a month.
Can i build the website on there and import it to my 1&1 account so it comes up whe nyou go to lukecarr.co.uk?

Short answer - Yes.

Just go to the 1&1 Domain Control panel, select the domain, go to DNS Settings and change them to that of your host - this should be in your hosts FAQ.

I do this with all my domains as my host charges a stinker for them.
