Some Advice Please!

Hi, looking for some advice regarding a bumper scuff/scratch that has happened on my BMW E90.

Looking to restore it the best way possible, could anyone recommend a company that is reasonable for this? or a product that will work on it?

The pictures are small but it looks like it's down to the plastic?

If it is, then paint is needed.

Here us a night shot pic, it does look like it's in the plastic or the other cars color has gone into it?

Anyone have an idea how much it might cost? The color code is A52 SPACE GRAU/GRAY
