Got a new install of Windows 11 and ran into a weird problem with Outlook (integrated version) and Vortex the nexus mods manager. They both flicker randomly when moving the mouse cursor in the app. Stops after a while but then comes back. Anyone had anything like this and if so how did you fix it?
