Some Bike Questions...

I'm going to collect a bike I won off ebay on saturday, basically just got a couple of simple questions:

Firstly, L Plates, i've only got my CBT so obviously I need these, bought a set today from a bike shop, they come with two, front and rear, just want to know what I needed from a legal view, is it both or is it just the rear one I need?

The only other 'question' is about stuff, just want to make sure i've got everything ready for getting the bike:
L Plates,
Gloves,
Helmet,
Leather Jacket,
2-Stroke Oil
Money,
Insurance.

Think thats the lot, cheers for any help :)
 
Front and rear L plates unfortuantly. My lecturer got 3 points and a £60 fine for not displaying a front L plate. I on the other hand got away without one for 7 month until I passed my test.
 
I can't really afford proper trousers yet so i'm gonna have to wait around a month or so before I get them, till then i'll be riding in jeans, not the best I know but not much I can do about it atm

I won't be riding much in the first month anyway, the bike is mainly for commuting, which won't be till june 20th, till then I only need to get into uni and back 9-10 times which i'll most likely use the car for

Well it's a 2-stroke, so I'd guess a 125.

Boots are well worth considering, anything with laces can get caught on pegs and / or levers. If your laces get caught it can be emabrassing falling over at lights :D
 
It's a 1992 Yamaha TZR 125,

I will be wearing boots, but not proper biking boots for the moment
