The other week at the fire station i work at a french firefighter called in. He was cycling around the world to raise money for the orphens of french firefighters,he explained that he had left paris on new years day and explained his route to me and my other colleauges.Now when i think of the 30plus mile rides that i go on and i think of the miles he is cycling i feel a bit inadequate.Take a look at his website i know its in french but if you use bablefish it will translate it for you
