Some Ebay help please .

My wife bought Angel (all 5 seasons) on dvd of ebay.
Now they turned up this morning and there pirate copys :rolleyes:

.
Now they work although there is some blocking and some are abit grainy .
Is there anything that can be done? Here is a link to the ebay item ...is it worth doing a cash back via paypal or informing ebay ? Link here

Well my wife is not as savey as far as pirate software is concerned and she never told me she was bidding on them so i never looked at the listing. The Listing is abit vague not saying copies or originals .
Would it be best to contact the seller first or just go straight to paypal ?

Well as mentiond the wife is abit slow as far as these things go...seen a bargain and bought it

I have emailed the seller and asked her to refund...If no joy i will take it to paypal and inform the appropriate people about the seller .
