To cut a long story short, I bought a TV from this shop and they delivered it, and then I wanted a different tv so they said, 'no probs, we'll pick up the old one when we drop off the new'
Great I thought, so they come today and drop off my new telly, I sign, they guy notices the telly in the hall waiting for him and says '2 tv's eh?' and walks away.
Now I have 2 TV's.
What do I do?
1) Leave it, wait till they contact me and charge them £5 a day storage (which I have been told I am perfectly within my rights to do
)
2) Ring them.
3) Send them a letter along the lines of, 'TV not picked up, you have 1 month then I will leave it on the street, if it gets knicked it gets knicked. (not my idea)
or other?
