Some fan test results

the noctua and the apache are 1300rpm while the other 2 are 1000rpm. The apache is the loudest but is close to the noctua hardly any difference in noise. Then the nexus with the silent eagle being the quietest.
I was surprised how well the silent eagle performed as a hsf and a bit dissapointed with the apache performance (expecting it to blow away the silent eagle and the nexus) but that wasnt the case.
The rear case fan tests were performed with 9 runs of LinX had to stop before 10 as was going out and the hsf test with 10 runs.

as a rear case fan that apche really sucked then! more rpm, noise and heat.

hmm, ill have to do test runs on my configuration now to see if im optimsing my cooling!
