Nice set but the grain on the last shot is distracting for me personally. Any plans on getting a proper TS lens btw? Looks like a lot of wedding photographers are using them these days but they fall in and out of fashion even more than jeans do.
Ah thats fair enough. Which straps do you use out of interest? I'm guessing some sort of dual camera setup, like a dual blackrapid?
Do your bodies get marked from moving around your hips though if you use a single BR strap? I don't want to stick a body or lens on it and then realise after a few hours of walking around I've just scratched the **** out of it lol. Suppose thats my OCD, as when its in my hand, I know where it is, compared to bouncing around my hip lol.
I don't know what your junk looks like Raymond but I can't see a phallic looking tree
Nice set. For one point of constructive crit, I'd say that if you're setting the portraits off to the side then you should have them on opposite sides rather than the same.
Also, try dirtying the frame in other ways than just branches from above. It's fine but can just get a bit repetitive.
I've worked with this wedding tog - www.funkyphotographers.co.uk/weddings - who was very good and seems to love dirtying the frame and does it quite well.
My only niggle is that you have them in front of a dead tree for some of the shots. In front of a live tree is good - growth (together), long lasting, stronger with age etc. Dead tree... well, it has the hall mark of "the end of"Particularly with the order in which you've posted them in this thread. Couple either side of a fully grown, very much alive tree.. then bam - no couple, and a dead tree that looks like the live one has died.
For me it looks too fake your clients are happy and that is all that matters right![]()

This one for example, if it was real TS shot, the focal plan will cut through where you have it at the front and then keep going and either cut somewhere on the ground/fence or the trees behind.
Some you can't tell if there is no depth behind it. It's easier to tell if there is.
I like everything apart from the paper scissors stone shot as they just look really uncomfortable in it compared to the relaxed feel of the others. The fake tilt shift is fine while the togs on here will spot the fake 99% of the general population don't even know whats it's called and those that do think it's an app for there iphone. Got to admit to me it's just the latest gimic and will probably look really dated in a few years time whe everyone has moved on.
Thanks anyway for introducing me to her work, in all honesty I don't really look at many pro's work outside of forums and I probably should.
