Some graphical problems in games, gtx 480 sli

Hi, just wondering if this is anything to do with the graphics cards or its just the games. Ive noticed GTA 4 has a lot of texture problems, mainly in water. I think its just the game that has problems. The sims 3 seems to have some flickering issues, like the striped wallpaper in a home would flicker anytime i moved the camera. The graphics cards are overclocked but the problems arent artifacts, they just seem game related.

GTAIV is notoriously buggy on PC even after the patches, a lot better than it was though, it does not like SLI at all, I turn it off and get the a few less frames but no glitches, with it on I was getting flickering shadows on every tree, drove me bananas.

As for the Sims, just turn it off, not like you need that much power to play that

Thanks a lot, that worked great, got even better fps on gta benchmark with sli off and now no glitches =D
