Some graphics rendering blurry

I've noticed that in a few of my games some of the graphics have been rendering blurry. It's mainly 2D stuff like menus and GUIs, but it is quite annoying. Here's an example of what it looks like:

Those large words there should be crisp (And pixellated), but they're barely readable.

I've tried changing most of the options in Catalyst Control Centre, but I can't seem to get rid of it. Any help?
