Some help for my other half (fintech recruiters)

My girlfriend has been unhappy in her current role for a while now. They got taken over by a US company, a lot of people made redundant (unfortunately not her, which would have been nice as she'd been there for 8yrs) and it's just generally been going downhill since.

She's not particularly career-driven so although she is unhappy with what her role has now changed into, she gets on well with her team, still gets paid the same for what is essentially a much-easier role. But it's making her unhappy at the end of the day.

Without giving too much away, she works on the regulations/rules for one of the big 3 (?) credit card payment technology providers. So in my mind, she's ideally placed to go to any 'newer' fintech sort of company.. It's not an industry I know about but I know there's a million companies out there trying to get in on payment technology/services. The sort of ones that make even Paypal seem old hat. Whenever I mention this to her she's like "Oh I don't want to work at a startup" which is fair enough, but I need to show her what's out there, and get her excited about some roles where she can use her knowledge. I think she is vastly under-estimated how useful her knowledge/skills could be at a company outside of the well-known payment technology companies.

So, tldr; Can anyone recommend some fintech jobs websites, or recruiters? London/SE based.

Thanks!

Regulations/rules - would Compliance fall under that?
She used to be a technical author (software, mobile technology) so that was her original "trade" for quite a few years. She seems a bit stuck on finding "authoring" roles whereas I think she should use her regulations/rules knowledge and branch out into something else that can get her excited. I don't think compliance is exactly the same but might be worth persueing. I know other people outside of team have gone into that.

The reason I ask, is that my previous place were always looking to expand the Compliance team so it may be something that could help her out?
Thanks, I'll ask her about compliance roles again, as I'm not entirely sure what it's all about :p Is it a bank?

She is on Linkedin but doesn't use it. Again, something else to get her to see the benefits.. thanks.

Got it thanks. She's over 40 so the idea of a startup doesn't appeal but I will certainly pass it on :)

Thanks Hades I think she'll be doing all that, but I was really after some particular recruiters for finance/tech -- with something that might get her excited. Trawling through Linkedin etc. is not going to get her particularly motivated, although it's obviously part of the process.
