Some Help identifying something

I need a gizmo that is basically an external HD with a card reader and a screen on it so I can just dump the contents of my CF card onto it when it fills up.

I have seen one, but for the life of me I cannot seem to find what these beasties are called, or just a make that does them.

Cheaper is better, but I'm off to Africa for next weekend so would like to be kitted up before then.

Any help would be most gratefully received.

There is a Mobile Photo Hard Drive by Giga One which does what you are asking. I think there is even an iPod thingy, Belkin does one, Media Card Reader with iPod dock.
