Some help please?

Im after a new moniter, as this one is a bit naff, a Viewsonic 22" basic moniter.

I want something that does FULL HD 1920x1080 and has good response and contrast and colours. The budget is £230 max, anything will be considered...but i would LOVE either a 22" or a 24", as i think bigger screen is more pleasure.

Also would i be able to mount my current moniter on this?
