The GFX card I have picked specifically for its lower power consumption for your PSU, it also comes with a free game.

You may or may not need the DVD drive, Windows can be installed via a USB stick for example.

If you do have an SSD which one is it (make+model)?

What about the aftermarket heatsink?

sandisk 120gb ssd and a 2tb normal, would need heatsink, along with just mobo, case, cpu, gpu and ram

The HDD is SATA right?

Thats fine.

That 970 also has a free game and an excellent cooler, runs passive at idle, also just about ok for your PSU.
