Some help with an IE setting

Hi guys and girls,

I was wondering if you could help me with a little thingy in IE thats annoying me. Whenever I click on a video link on the web, instead of asking me whether I want to save or open the video, it just autoplays (streaming) it. Not only is this quite annoying in itself but it also interupts the music I'm listening too and erases the current playlist. Ive had a look around IE but I cant find the setting to ask me whether I want to open/save like it does with most other filetypes.

Its IE v6.

Does this happen with every video or just some? When i use IE6 to watch a video it sometimes autoplays and on other websites it asks me if i want to run or save the file.

Hmm I think it happens with every video link on all websites.
