some info on GPU upgrades

looking into options for a new gpu next week and stumbled across this

is there any particular reason why this card is so expensive, esp given that its B grade and B grade 1080s can be had for upto £100 less.

im assuming i have missed something with this card???

B grade items are put in the clearance section and basically "forgotten" about. OCUK put them in clearance and quite often do not adjust the price. Every so often they have a clearout and adjust the prices.

I was advised by CS that if there was something in B grade that looks like the price has not been adjusted post in the CS forum listing the item you are interested in and you will probably find they knock down the price. Problem is they knock down the price and someone swoops in and nicks it. Had this happen a couple of times so you have to keep refreshing the page !
