Im having some issues with 2 machines at my workplace which use an ISDN 2E connection for the payroll of the company. A couple of weeks ago they started experiencing issues with being kicked out of the software and basically the support company for the software say its our connection.
So far I have run 3 line tests with BT over the phone and they have all come back as pass. BT claim that with a digital line it works or it doesnt and theres no inbetween. The light on the ISDN box on the wall stays on green and apparantly there is only issue if it flashes.
Are there any knowledgeable ISDN people on here that can shed some light onto this or have themselves experienced intermittent connection issues on an ISDN line?
