The rear fan in my case started rattling this morning so while i was disconnecting it i decided to give the whole inside of the PC a good clean. Did everything the same as normal, no gunk from compressed air got on anything etc but when booting back up i couldn't get a display on either the monitor or the TV it's hooked to, booting into windows fine but just no display.
I reseated the GPU a few times and tried different leads but had no joy, so the next stop was to reset the CMOS. This got the displays working but the BIOS was giving me a warning message about corrupt overclock and the voltages may not be the same. Is this just a standard message after a CMOS reset on an overclocked system or is it something i should be worried about? It's been a good 2 or 3 years since i last overclocked this PC and don't remember ever seeing that message.
It's an old z68 board with a 2500k if that matters.
