Some kind of KBM Switch is it possible

Dont know if this is possible or not.
I have a PC with a GFX with 2 outputs so I run two monitors I also have a nice Mech Keyboard.
I have a MBP that I use for work, but now Id like to be able to use it at home too with my 2 monitors and Keyboard.
I know the easiest way is to unplug the cables and plug swap them over. But is there a better solution

With my Xbox and PC I had 2 monitors.

I had a HDMI switcher (£6?), which plugged into my monitor and then the PC and Xbox plugged into that. It would auto detect when my xbox was switched on and switched to that, when the signal was gone, it would revert back to my PC second screen.

So for you it would be 2 HDMI switchers then 1 output into each.

Not sure what connections the MBP has, can output HDMI or is it mini display port?

You can also get a similar device for keyboard as well, we use them at work.
