Some of the keys on my HP 15sfq5585 laptop have stopped working (b n and 7). It's under warranty and has been inspected by HP. They said there's water damage and have quoted me £350 to replace the touchpad assembly and flex touchpad cable amongst other things like battery and heatsink assembly and fan. What I don't understand is how replacing these things is going to restore the keyboard function as it has its own cable?
