So this time using HP5 Plus I found taking shots much easier. They turned out a lot better too. Subjects include The British Museum, Regents Park, some shoes and some women in the underground!

I know virtually nothing about film photography (well, it has been over quarter of a century since I had a film camera, be fair! :D), but a quick nose around tells me that's ISO400 film. It seems fairly noisy for ISO400 though, but as I say it's been a long time since I did anything in my dads old darkroom, which has long since departed.

I do really like the bloke on the bench though. I would clone out that car in the background as it's very distracting (for me anyway). It reminds me of an old Simon & Garfunkel album cover :)

Yeh I do find them grainy - I've been told HP5 Plus is quite grainy generally.

I agree with the car unfortunately it's parked and I don't like editing film shots more than a bit of contrast adjustment.

It's way too grainy. Not sure what it was developed in, or how it was scanned, but those shots look as grainy as Delta 3200 in 35mm.

I'd try a decent lab. Check out someone like AG Photo Labs or Club35. They'll develop for the film and you'll get a decent machine scan.
