My Motherboard(Gigabyte Z77-D3H) has died after just over 3 years and is now out of warranty. I'm looking to replace it in a hurry with something similar, but I cannot find anything for my i5 socket(1155) that is near the price range of my old board. The only boards I can find are lacking in 4 DIMM slots, most only have 2.
So I've found this board for a good price: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H61%20Pro%20BTC/ Can anyone see any compatablitly problems with the rest of my stuff? And is there anything I would miss seriously from my old board other than the 2 RAM slots?

-MSI HD 7850 Twin Frozr III OC 2GB
-Corsair Vengeance Blue Low Profile 8GB
Unfortunately I cannot afford a new CPU at this time, otherwise I would happily upgrade both.
