It'll beat bulldozer quite comfortable.
One thing to give note of, the 8320 ; If at any time this CPU can be had for 110, locked 4 cores (The 2/4/6/8 cores) you could possibly end up with a rather nice gaming CPU for the price when clocked (It takes an accused Intel fanboy/AMD hater to tell you that)
Certainly would be a better option than a locked i3 (At least if you're willing to do that and overclock)

At least i won't be as bad off as my mate because he spend 500 on a new pc a couple of weeks ago with a fx8120 and i would think the difference in performance between that and the 8350 will be large than the 6300 and the 6200 on stock clock. He still should have got the i5 2500k though.
