As per title.
I got home from work today to find I couldn't get connected to any web page what so ever, be it wired or wireless.
Reset the modem (white thing on the wall) and reset my router (archer C7 AC). Now at least my wired PC would show I had an active capable internet connection - yey! - Nope
Bt Infinity 76mb since early 2013 with little issue.
I can connect to some sites just fine, here, reddit, imgur, bbc to name a few, but a couple still either take an ice age to load or time out - google, youtube (won't stream HD at all, 360p or nothing!), nvidia, steam and some others.
A little googling (on my phone!) suggested it may be a DNS issue, so I changed the DNS to googles (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) to get the same results.
Speed test results come back fine regardless of DNS - 76mb / 18mb / 24ms
Anything else I can do before I have to spend countless hours on the phone to Bangladesh inevitably getting no where? BT's check site thing doesn't show any ongoing or unresolved issues in my area.
Edit: Nevermind, seems to have sorted its self, must have been something at BT's end.
