I recall similar images back when DX 8 cards were released then, better still images for the DX 9 cards & so on.
yet, my experiences of both DX 8 & DX 9 cards fall far short of what was promised imo.
Whilst I hope I'm wrong, I doubt main stream PC users will be enjoying such graphical quality like that, great as those images are, for some time yet!

Oddly I agree with that also, I bet half these shots are all from DX9 cards anyhow.
Its like Farcry, I still recall seeing the island/dinosaur vids/screenshots running off a Geforce 3...... and like 5 years later it came out still looks and possible the top graphical title but a little late!
Alan Wake and those games would have to come out 2007 to still look good.
