Some questions about crysis (mostly hardware)

1: I no the beta was multiplayer, but is the main game focused on single player?

2: The game takes advantage of dual cores, would it use all 4 cores on a quad?

3: Would a single 8800gts be able to power the game well at 1440x900?

4: Would upgrading from this to this affect FPS much?

Current:

8800gts 640mb
2gb of ddr2 667 ram
C2D e6400 @stock - cannot overclock due to psu, but will upgrade this soon.
1440x900 res

to:

8800gts 640mb
4gb of 800mhz ram
Q6600 either at stock or at about 2.6/2.8
1440x900?

would this effect it much?

1: Yes
2: Beta: no, full game is supposed to.
3: Should do, however not at ''very high'' settings, wich are locked untill faster graphics cards come out.
4: Not really imo.

The Quad Might help with increasing the Frames but i wouldnt count on it being loads. 4gb of ram is probably not needed for that resolution i would recommend waiting a while.
