Some questions...

I just got a fuji s9500. So far, the camera is great, I love it.
Just got a couple of questions though:

What's the usual battery life like on a camera? This camera uses those AA batteries, and already they've ran out :mad:

I don't think I've even had an hour out of them.
I'm pretty angry at this as I can't use the camera anymore until I buy new ones, and I'm not buying a new pack of batteries every other day! It takes 4 of them at a time.

I've took a couple of pictures, and I was wondering about lighting. When I use the flash it ends up giving me too much light, and when I don't use it, I don't get enough. Anyone got any tips for this?

I've just got a brand new set of AA batteries, and they won't work in the camera :confused:

It lets me turn on the picture viewer, but won't let me turn the actual camera on.
Then, when I insert the old batteries I got with it, it lets me do it but dies after a couple of seconds because they've ran out.

I've got another question(didn't see the point in starting a new thread):

The flash on my camera is acting weird, it's not flashing like it did when I first used it. When I take a photo the flash blinks twice, very quickly. It's not like it used to be.
I'm not sure wether I've changed a setting, or if there's something wrong with it.

Any ideas?
