system looks fine.. You might want to consider a high rated PSU if you intend to run 2 ATI cards at a later date. It might be worth the investment now rather than later.

its for a friend, 120 is enough for him as he wont be downloading much

All parts are compatible and it should play most games respectably, you may want to consider getting a newer DVDRW though, either an NEC 4551(in the Lightscribe bit) or NEC 4570(does DVD-Ram) but other than that it is fine
