Howzit guys,
So I have a network with a SBS 2003 box as the main DC with AD etc installed on it.
I now want to put another SBS 2003 box up - however I do not want it to be apart of the domain. I want it off the domain.
Is it okay to installed the OS - and not run that little setup to configure the server afterwards and continue using the server as is?
reason I am asking is because I have said server running now and all seems good to me. I will be running a booking system off it only with a SQL database. All the workstations will contact the server via it's IP address, which works fine.
Is there any problems doing it this way?
Regards,
R.
