I took some photos on my trip to Scotland last week. Most are in the north west highlands around Ullapool. Incredible scenery, very dramatic. Unforunately most of it was shrouded in cloud but it was an impressive place nevertheless.

Second to last is my fav pic out of the set, with the B&W none shoreline ones being my least favourite. Overall though, looks like a nice place to visit, especially with a camera.

I like #5 with the lights on the water but #7 is devoid of any interest in the sky (on my laptop screen at least)

Some nice pics there although a couple have a bit too much space for my taste. Would love to do Scotland at some point and was just chatting to my cousin a couple of seconds ago who lives up in the Cairngorm National Park area and has been at me to visit him a few times so will have to take him up on the offer.

Definitely do it.

I do like empty space in my photos, always have. I can see why it doesn't do it for everyone though.

you seem surprised that scotland would be 'shrouded in cloud' its summer, thats standard practice here :p
