Decided to give F@H a whirl and everything seems to be working fine (apart from having to run at Full speed to get my GPU working but that's not a biggy)

Is there any way to set it up like BONIC where by when the computer is in use, playing a game for example, the F@H client automatically switches into an idle power state?

As standard the folding client should have a low priority and release resources as needed by higher priority applications, such as gaming. In reality I find that any of these systems, folding, Boinc etc, because they are trying to use spare capacity not needed by the high priority process, will have an impact on performance. I tend to manually pause folding when I am gaming as otherwise the gaming performance is too poor.
