Long story short it is my birthday in 10 days and I will have a few hundred £ to spend on some computer upgrades. This is my current build:

CPU: Intel i5 2500k (with stock cooler)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3
GPU: Asus ATI Radeon HD 6950 DirectCU II 2048MB
RAM: 8GB ADATA 1333MHZ (2x4GB)
PSU: Corsair Builder Series 600W
Case: Xigmatek Asgard
HDD: WD 500GB

I will soon be creating videos on youtube so I am in need of a bigger hard drive and more ram, the summer heat is also being harsh on the temperatures of my components, I also want a faster/more responsive system.

As such I will probably be ordering the following components from OcUK:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Crucial RealSSD M4 128GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive (CT128M4SSD2) £85.99
1 x Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - OEM (ST2000DM001) £82.99
1 x Corsair Carbide 300R Mid Tower Case - Black £59.99
1 x Cooler Master Hyper 612S CPU Cooler (Socket LGA1366/1156/1155/775/AM3/AM2+/AM2) £32.99
1 x Lamptron FC2 5.25" Bay Fan Controller - Black £24.98
1 x Arctic Cooling MX-4 Thermal Compound (4g) £8.4
1 x Arctic Silver ArctiClean Thermal Material Remover and Surface Purifier - 60ml Kit £6.98
6 x Arctic F12 Pro PWM Case Fan - 120mm £4.99 (29.94)
1 x Official Overclockers UK Elite Gaming Mug £4.99
Total : £351.37 (includes shipping : £11.75).

What are your opinions on the chosen components? Any improvements that could be made? Anything that should be removed?

Thanks for the reply Stulid. I agree that £30 on fans is a bit excessive, but I am unsure whether than many fans is necessary or not. I was thinking of getting the 400R instead of the 300R, which if I reduced the amount of fans I would be able to do. How many 120mm fans do you recommend that I install into the 400R? (which from memory has mounts for up to 10 120mm fans).
