Some upgrade help please.

Hi peeps,

I'm wondering if I can pick your collective brains.

I've currently got a mini itx based system, z77 mobo with a I7 2600. It's got 12gb ram and a 250gb sad. I wanted to play some games, what graphics card could I drop into to the system to give me a decent gaming experience, I'd be looking to spend 130 ish and don't mind buying used. I have a amd 7850 graphics card in it at the moment.

Would the system benefit solely from a GFX upgrade or should I be looking at a full upgrade??

7850 is no slouch. It should handle most games, but it depends on what resolution your gaming at really.
If you upgrade your gpu you may find that your bottleneck is then your 2600.

I use a fractal node 304, noise is a concern, quieter the better!

For that sort of cash I'd look at getting something like this (can't vouch for noise as always use Nvidia myself), although the length of card you can fit depends on size of PSU you're using with that case, so probably best to measure how much space you have before ordering anything
