Some USB device keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

I keep hearing the notification tone that some USB device has disconnected, then about a second later I hear the tone that it's reconnected, but no message appears, and I don't know which device is causing the problems. Is there a way, maybe in Event Viewer that I can find out what it is?
