Some videos are playing back as green or with fuzzy colours

Some videos that I play, its usually streaming videos on web pages that play either as green or green with bright reds/purples showing through so it looks like the predator's vision lol. Anyone know the cause of this?

If its Windows Media Player try turning down hardware acceleration a notch.
