1) How many times can you download a game you buy from PSN?

2) I've been on a demo unit and the colours seemed a bit dull, can you alter the contrast and brigthness on a retial unit?

3) The load times on the demo unit aren't very good when loading from the memory card, do retail cartridges load much faster?

4) How much are PSP games to buy?

5) Will an 8GB memory card be enough?

1) As many times as you need.

2) Yes you can adjust the brightness, don't think you can do the contrast. Though colours certainly aren't dull (See rayman origins!) :)

3) Yes retail cartridges are faster than the memory card.

4) Varies from £4 all the way up to £30

5) If you don't plan on going 100% digital then yes 8gb will be enough, if you want digital vita games though i'd probably go for at least 16gb

Jamie got it all.

Not quite sure what you saw in the store but colours are certainly not dull on the screen itself, its OLED and they really pop thanks to incredible contract.

Retail carts load fractionally faster than memory cards, but we are talking 1-2 seconds faster over a 40 second boot time. Not enough for it to base a decision on IMO.

On my 8GB card I had:

Motorstorm RC
Escape Plan
Wipeout 2048
Super Stardust Delta
Fifa demo (1.5gb on its own)
1gb of videos

And still had some space left.

If you are planning on buying PSP games then they will of course be all digital, PSP games were a max of 1.4GB IIRC unless they spanned UMDs so you can get several of those on one 8GB card.

There is a massive official thread with over 70 people who are already Vita owners, have a look at the OP too as there is loads of info in there.
