Some WC noob questions

Right chaps, I've done the whole air thing, now I really wanna get some geek cred

Can someone recommend me a kit that will handle a sick OC on my e6420? I also wanna add a 4870 or 260 to the loop. And I'd prefer a bay mounted one.

If I buy something now will it still work on Nehalem, just with a new block?

this is an alright kit, got the pump in the res so it saves space and it fits in two bays, thought you might wanna get a better rad if you thinking of doing a decent OC.
