I'm always looking on here, occasionally critiquing, but alas I am probably guilty of never following up my own questions, and indeed posting many photos! So, here's some shots from a couple of weddings I went to this summer. At both I was just a guest, no paid work for me :)

Need to be a little more subtle with the flash on the last couple but if you're not shooting it as a pro probably not worth the bother of having the requisite gear with you, can't say I bother with a flash when I go to friends weddings.
I meant to post that it was my first go with my Nissin flash (never used a proper flash before!). I think I'd had it all of 3 days before heh. On those outside shots I was using the floppy bit of card that pops out of the top to bounce it, rather than point straight at them. What else could you do when shooting with a flash outside? I suppose a proper diffuser would help?

Heh yeah I was unsure of that one. I was desperate to show off the view but couldn't really get my head round how. Getting snaps without anyone in the frame seemed a bit pointless - I should have asked people to pose! It was a bit silly I didn't go out there as the sun was setting too.

I like shooting on the fly without asking people to pose but I guess for weddings it's important to get some posed shots! Happy for more critique, although maybe ignore expressions for those reasons^ :)
