Some windows problems :(

Ok few problems im having with vista atm :/ its been fine for months and suddenly im getting some issues. thought id ask on here before i got reformatting too see if there was a different solution.

first! autoplay

I keep setting a default thing too do but everytime i click save it just goes back too how it is in the screenshot.

whenever i put in any game or disk i get this up. have tried pretty much all my games and get the same thing.

also my start menu now looks like this

also! i always have a window saying Microsoft Windows Indexer stopped working and was closed.

Any help will be much appreciated thanks

Have you tried using system restore to before all this happend? If not, Id say reinstall tbh, it looks fairly pooped.
