Somebody will fall for this........

Why wouldn't they allow it to go through? If some idiot spends £600 on something without actually reading what they are buying then it serves them right!

Looks like a bargain to me.. I've asked him what size the picture is as I might be interested if the picture is a suitable size.. :)

Just because somebody is stupid, it doesn't mean you have the right to take advantage of them.

Exactly and i wouldn't wish being conned out of £600 to anyone tbh, especially at this time of year. Although saying that this one really isn't very clever at all and i cant see anyone falling for it, but i reported it anyway.

If you look at his feedback, he has already sold a picture of a Nokia N95 for £150.

i'm guessing that, because its not negative and anyone who would be pleased with buying a picture for £150 is a nutcase, it's probably one of his friends he's told to bid on the item.

Unless he painted it by hand, it ain't worth £600 buy it now, is it? Surprisingly that price is also on the good side of legitimate m1330s for sale on ebay

Check his feedback.

"beauchat 900 (900cm) speargun with a 16mm bands and an articulated wishbone"

So dont mess.

He's doing nothing against the law/ebay rules, I don't see why they'd remove it if you reported it. Anyone who buys it deserves to lose £600 for being so stupid.

is it in pictures category or

computers/laptops category

simple as.

If the latter then its a con and they should do something, remove it or whatever.

Not your auction is it? ;)

lol no, I had a feeling someone might ask though :)

I just don't like the blame culture - was a program on the other night about debt, they got people to sign upto a fake credit card in a shopping center, they all signed up without reading the Terms and Conditions, then declared it a scam when they found out the 30% APR charge etc :D fools!!
