Someone else is still using this PC - Windows 10 1709

Hey guys,

My Mum's pc has 3x accounts; hers, mine (admin) and _guest - for visitors, which rarely gets used. I'm never there so it's only her that's using the machine but when I do use it and I log off, I always seem to get the above message - despite me being the only user from start up?

Any ideas?

Why would customers be bringing my Mums PC into my work?

Try this:
1) Use Task Manager/Users tab to find out which account is affected.
2) Log in as that account.
3) Go to Start, Windows Settings (the cog), Accounts, Sign-in options and switch off "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart".

I get this message all the time, especially when I have locked the computer and want to shut it down and not bother logging back in and close down my applications or browsers.
