Any ideas for removal of the scratch ?

It should just unscrew from the inside panel once you take the cover off.

Buy a new car, then fit your scratched wing miror to the new car.

Then buy a new wing mirror.

Yes if it's just paint transfer then something like Autoglym SRP or T-Cut colorfast will remove it.

How about smash the other side mirror, then buy two cars, take the left mirror from the new car, then right mirror from other new car, then buy new wing mirror for each new car, then sell the two new cars.

if it's just paint i used some bug and tar remover i had in the boot , for a similar mark on my car door it fetched it off easily.
