Why if i change fsb to 210 and multiplier to 16.5 giving 3465 clock speed it is not stable (temp never above 52) and resets after about 20 mins of full load, but if i run fsb at 200 and 17.5 multiplier giving 3500 clock speed it runs fine (same temps)?

Thanks and i agree I am completely new to this. Ive been doing a bit of reading and playing around. Ive got the Ram under control and the HT link is nowhere near the 2600 max as its set at 10x FSB. There seems to be a lot of info regarding CPU and RAM but not much for NB or HT Link. Ive now updated bios so that i have option to change NB multiplier.
How can I monitor NB temp? Is that the motherboard temperature shown on PC Probe & HWMonitor?
