someone shrink this .eps logo for me?

can someone shrink this .eps logo file so that it is the same size as the below jpg logo and then save it as a jpg? I only want the word MAYER. the jpg is not great quality and using photoshop to shrink the eps makes the quality bad.

sorry should have said. it needs to be jpg format so i can use it on my website.

thanks for that craig. any idea why it comes out still bad quality? the lines are so jagedy i would ideally like it with a smoother finish.

Just had a look at the original and the actual font is a little jaggedy if you zoom in, which is just becoming more noticeable when you reduce the size.

Maybe someone knows the font or might know Illustrator a bit better to export without jaggedy bits.
